These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WizPods Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by WizPods ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
1.2 Account Registration
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
1.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:
- Violate any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others
- Engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WizPods and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
3. Payment and Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees specified for that plan. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted. Sections 2, 4, 6, and 7 of these Terms shall survive any termination.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects or errors will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WizPods or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.
9. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Service after any changes to the Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
